The Crew won big Saturday at their home field.
The Crew plans worked out great scoring four times according to 10 TV. Three of these were by the same person for what is known as a hat trick. Thant hat trick was performed by Juan Hernández.
Juan scored his first goal as the first goal of the he game. It came in minute 32 of the first half. It was a lovely goal. The fans went nuts.
A few minutes would tick away. Columbus would possess the ball most of the time, though KC did have it about one third. This behavior would continue.
The next goal was wonderful. Hernández scored again one minute into stoppage before the half. No more goals were in the half. Halftime was called by the referee crew (no pun intended).
The second half would see another scorer. This time it was a different Crew player to display heroics. C. Ramirez would put one in the back of the net in minute 66. The score became three to nothing. Though the game was no longer close it was still intense.
The final goal would be the third of the match for J. Hernández of the Crew. This was his first multiple goal game of the season. The Columbus Crew could get used to him scoring this often.
The next Crew match is against the New England Revolution; the Revolution come to play after a win against Cincinnati. After that, the Columbus Crew face Nashville SC. These matches should continue to show how strong the Crew have become.
