The concert that used to be Rocking on the Range changed names to Sonic Temple in 2019 according to The Lantern. Right before the pandemic people were rocking their socks off at the home of the Crew 2 and the Crew.

The first day of the first Sonic Temple was outstanding. It brought in tons of people. They saw and heard Ghost, System of a Down and others.

Previous years have seen tons of great musicians. Rock stars like Metallica, Shinedown, Buckcherry and Motley Crue have played Historic Crew Stadium.

Newer mainstream acts have rocked the stage there. Modern rockers that have played there include Halestorm, Bad Wolves, Badflower, Fever 333, Killswitch Engage and Yung lid. Yungblud. Other acts to recently play include the Foo Fighters, Tool, Godsmack, Bullet for my Valentine, Anti-Flag, Avenged Sevenfold, Queens of the Stone Age, Chevelle, Black Stone Cherry, Kiss, I Prevail, Rob Zombie, Trivium, Giovannie and the Hired Guns, The Violent, Deftones and The Pretty Reckless. Many of those acts were very good.

Due to a variety of issues over the years some of the acts did not perform. Time constraints limit the ability for some acts to get on stage. This is often during long switches and weather issues. A scheduled act not to perform once was former Three Days Grace singer Adam Gontier's band Saint Asonia; they faced travel issues. Others not to play include Action Bronson, Bring me the Horizon, Paully Shore and a band aptly named Refused.

Next year's concert is unknown. What is known that it will be called Sonic Temple, it will be at Historic Crew Stadium and it will take place in May of 2025. The bands are not set at this time. But it is going to rock.
